Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional IT Asset Business Process Analyst III to join our innovative team at DoorDash. As a key member of our IT Asset Management team, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency, improving business processes, and managing IT assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT asset management efficiency
- Lead and manage IT asset-related projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures for tracking and reporting IT assets
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to write and document user stories using JIRA
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT asset management databases and tools
- Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, project management, process management, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Suite, JIRA, or other related project management tools
