Klaviyo Email Designer Needed (Hero Image Concepts + High-CTR Designs) - Contract to Hire

Overview We’re looking for a reliable email designer to create high-performing Klaviyo email designs for an eCommerce brand. This role is design-first: your job is to turn campaign concepts into clean, scroll-stopping emails with strong curiosity-driven hero visuals (without looking spammy). Non-Negotiables (please do not apply if any are missing): • You are based in Eastern Europe or Pakistan • 1–2+ years of hands-on email design experience • Strong understanding of curiosity-based hero image creation (visual hooks that increase clicks) • Prior experience designing for Klaviyo • You are creative and self-reliant: you can propose design directions and produce strong options without heavy hand-holding What You’ll Be Doing • Design Klaviyo emails (campaigns and flows) that are clean, modern, and conversion-focused • Create hero image concepts that build curiosity and drive clicks (multiple variations when needed) • Maintain consistent brand styling while adapting layouts for different angles and promotions • Provide export-ready assets (and if applicable, modular sections we can reuse) Design Style We Like • Skimmable layouts, strong hierarchy, clean typography • Visual hook first, then clarity and proof • Modern eCommerce aesthetic (not “template-looking”) • Mobile-first thinking Deliverables • Hero image + full email design (or modular blocks), optimized for mobile • Final files as needed (e.g., Figma/PSD/Canva + exported assets) • If you build directly inside Klaviyo: you must keep things structured and reusable How We Work • We provide: brand guidelines, examples of past emails, offer details, and copy (sometimes you’ll also suggest layout ideas) To Apply (Required) 1. Share 2–5 examples of Klaviyo emails you designed (screenshots or portfolio links) 2. Briefly explain how you approach curiosity-based hero images (what makes one work) 3. List the tools you use (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Canva) Bonus (Nice to Have, Not Required) • Direct-response eCommerce experience (beauty, health, gadgets, etc.) • Basic understanding of email deliverability-friendly design (image-to-text balance, clear CTAs)
