About ECLTalk
ECLTalk is a live language-learning platform helping college students and young professionals build real speaking confidence through structured online sessions.
We are currently hiring Language speaking tutors for:
• English
• French
• German
• Spanish
Applicants from all English-speaking countries (US, Canada, UK, Australia, South Africa, etc.) are welcome.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct live 1:1 speaking sessions
• Lead small group classes (up to 10 students)
• Help students improve fluency and confidence
• Create a supportive and engaging environment
Compensation (USD)
Earnings are tier-based and performance-driven.
• 1:1 Sessions: $7–$11 per hour
• Group Classes: $6–$10 per hour
Rates increase based on:
• Hours completed on platform
• Student feedback
• Reliability and session quality
Consistent tutors unlock higher earning tiers and long-term opportunities.
Requirements
• Fluent speaker of English, French, or German
• Clear pronunciation
• Stable internet connection
• Professional teaching environment
• Minimum 5-10 hours availability per week
Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
