**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and visionary professional to lead our digital customer growth efforts as a Business Online Sales Accelerator. As a key member of our Consumer Technology Experience team, you'll drive digital customer growth across arenaflex's business digital ecosystem. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute strategies for digital interactions that require human assistance, align traffic and lead routing to maximize total digital sales volume, and ensure seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
* **Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination**: Collaborate with digital and cross-functional partners to develop and execute strategies for digital interactions that require human assistance. Align traffic and lead routing to maximize total digital sales volume, drive customer experience, and improve operational efficiency across the landscape.
* **Human Assist Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies for digital interactions that require human assistance, including understanding, analyzing, and driving change related to customer engagements on arenaflex's digital platforms.
* **Demand and Traffic Strategy**: Lead and optimize digital demand and traffic routing in close partnership with marketing teams, prioritizing converged customer growth. Collaborate with technology and care teams to enhance site performance and reduce fraudulent activity while focusing on demand generation.
* **Customer Journey and Experience Management**: Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer arenaflex products and features at the right times. Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps, such as converged customer buy flows and enhanced cross-selling capabilities.
* **Technology and Innovation**: Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning. Identify key problems or opportunities across digital and partner with design and technology teams to align on a clear path forward. Focus on key trends and growth drivers such as personalization and scalable AI use cases.
* **Data Analytics and Optimization**: Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics. Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys, improve site performance, and drive digital sales growth across arenaflex's ecosystem.
**Job Contribution**
As a seasoned professional, you'll be recognized as an expert in creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. You'll lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions, and mentor less experienced staff. Your long-term plans will impact the organization, and you'll frequently collaborate with senior leadership.
**Location and Office Presence**
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located in Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA. No relocation is offered.
**Education and Experience**
* Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
* 5+ years of related experience
* Certification is required in some areas
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Our Lead Digital Customer Growth – Business Online Sales Accelerator earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual
* Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training
