• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude with emphasis on RCA
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Automation preferably Selenium
• Experience in building and leading teams with team size of approx. 20 or above
• Excellent communication skills with experience in team and client stakeholder management
