We are seeking a Licensed School Nurse (RN) to join our school healthcare team. This position will work with students in grades K - 12th with a variety of needs. Requirements: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing Must have an active RN Minnesota License or a Compact License Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Position Details: Current School Year Full Time, up to 40 hours per week Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process Pay Rate: $30 - $45 per hour depending on previous experience General Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee health services within the school, including managing the health office, maintaining student health records, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and policies. Assess and provide immediate care for students and staff who are injured or ill during school hours. Administer first aid, dispense medications, and implement emergency protocols as necessary. Communicate with parents, guardians, and emergency medical services as required.
