We are building an early-stage acquisition marketplace focused on facilitating the buying and selling of small SaaS and digital businesses. The platform operates as a deal facilitation marketplace, not a brokerage, and does not represent buyers or sellers.
We’re looking for an experienced M&A operator / deal operations consultant to help us design, validate, and refine our early-stage deal processes.
This is an advisory and operational role — not sales, not brokerage, and not negotiation.
What We Need Help With
Reviewing and improving an end-to-end deal flow (LOI → due diligence → escrow → close)
Advising on best-practice M&A processes for small SaaS or digital business acquisitions
Helping define clear deal stages, timelines, and responsibilities
Identifying common deal failure points and ways to prevent stalled transactions
Advising on structuring a non-broker deal facilitator role
Reviewing escrow handoff workflows and documentation sequencing
Flagging broker-classification or compliance risks in marketplace-style deal flows

❌ Not legal, tax, or investment advice
❌ No outreach to buyers or sellers

We are specifically seeking process expertise and pattern recognition, not deal closing.
