About This Opportunity
I run a digital automation agency that provides Instagram DM automation services to personal trainers and fitness coaches. I am looking for a reliable ManyChat specialist to build and maintain automation flows for my clients on an ongoing basis. This is not a one-time job — I am looking for a long-term working relationship as my client base grows.
What You Will Be Building
A fully functional Instagram DM automation flow using ManyChat that includes:
Keyword triggers (example: when someone DMs "INFO" or "COACHING" the flow activates)
Automated reply sequence that engages the prospect
2-3 qualifying questions to filter serious leads (goals, budget, availability)
Lead capture collecting name, email, and phone number
Final step directing prospects to a booking link or pricing information
Clean, professional, and conversational tone throughout
Project Deliverables
For each client build you must provide:
Fully built and tested ManyChat flow
Short walkthrough video explaining how the flow works
Simple written instructions the client can reference
All flows delivered within 3-5 business days
Ongoing Monthly Responsibilities
After the initial build, monthly work includes:
Adding or updating keyword triggers as needed
Adjusting conversation flows based on client feedback
Fixing any technical issues or broken flows
Seasonal updates to messaging when requested
General support and maintenance
What I Am Looking For
Proven experience with ManyChat (portfolio or examples required)
Strong attention to detail and clean flow design
Reliable communication and consistent availability
Someone looking for steady recurring work not just one-off projects
Ability to take a simple brief and execute professionally
Compensation
Per build: $150-$200 per client flow
Monthly retainer: $30-$50 per client for ongoing maintenance
Potential for multiple clients as my agency scales
Long term partnership for the right person
