Latitude is seeking experienced marketing and advertising attorneys to work on assignment with some of Latitude’s leading corporations in a variety of industries. Applicants must have 4+ years of experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements in support of marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and social media initiatives, including advertising agency, media commitments, public relations, brand partnerships, digital marketing, data analytics, talent appearance and performances, sales, production, music licenses, entertainment, promotional messages, contests and sweepstakes, TV and radio commercials, and general commercial agreements. Prior experience working in the in-house legal department of a major corporation is preferred.

Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.
Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
