The Marketing Assistant is responsible for administrative assistance related to marketing efforts, supporting marketing operations and management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking and pursuing agency prequalification
- CRM database input and reporting
- Maintaining procurement portal registrations
- Assist with formatting and packaging proposals
- Coordinate with Conference and Events team for exhibit/sponsorship
- Administrative support
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills
- Associate's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of databases
