Merrill Gardens is a respected senior living operator currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator at their Corporate Office in Seattle. The role involves supporting marketing operations, coordinating collateral requests, managing advertisement schedules, and assisting with digital content maintenance. Responsibilities - Supporting Merrill Gardens communities and the Marketing and Sales teams as needed - Assisting with daily marketing operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows - Reviewing and providing creative feedback on marketing and collateral materials - Coordinating the collateral request process for community and corporate needs - Managing community advertisement schedules and assisting with ad creation - Monitoring all collateral materials for brand standards and compliance - Assisting in the creation of blog and newsletter content - Supporting photo and video shoots at Merrill Gardens communities - Assisting with website updates, online listings, and digital content maintenance - Implementing social media initiatives, including drafting and posting content - Supporting marketing logistics such as event coordination, scheduling, shipping, and promotional materials - Coordinating tactical execution of marketing strategies across the portfolio - Supporting relationships with external vendors - Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards - Other duties as assigned Skills - High School Diploma or GED (required) - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related software - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external partners - Demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional demeanor - One to two years of experience in a similar role (preferred) - Experience with social media management, project management, or content creation (preferred) - Social media and CRM experience a plus Benefits - Highly competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance) - Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home - Paid time off – 9 holidays, 15 vacation days - 5 personal days (eligible employees) - 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting - Company-paid short & long-term disability insurance - Fitness reimbursement, pet insurance discounts, advanced pay, tuition reimbursement, and public transportation reimbursement Company Overview - Merrill Gardens is a senior living company that offers a lifestyle for senior residents.
