We prefer folks with a successful individual business of their own, not a large team.
Required Skills
• Must have marketing agency experience.
• 5+ years working with marketing analytics, web analytics, social advertising pixels, Google Ad/GA4 integrations, social ad accounts using complete tracking set ups (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• 5+ years experience setting up and weekly management of advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• 5+ years experience with WordPress to incorporate tracking codes and social ad plugins.
• Ability to install Google Analytics 4, and set up Google Tag Manager and provide complete Google Analytics 4 set ups with conversion goals, funnel tracking, revenue and product purchase tracking.
• Deep experience in setting up Google Analytics 4 for reports and explorations and the ability to provide insights and recommendations from the data.
• Skills in website optimization based on the data.
• Meticulous work ethic and attention to detail is required.
• Availability during standard work hours in the USA is required.
