Medicare Review Pharmacist - Job Details Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Location: 100% Remote Pay Rate: $58 – $61 per hour Contract-to-Hire with a Leading Managed Care Organization Key Responsibilities: This role focuses on completing Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs), identifying drug-related problems, and engaging with providers regarding medication use—especially in diabetes care. Complete comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and document findings Identify drug-related issues and send outreach letters to prescribers Make follow-up calls to provider offices, particularly for diabetes medication interventions Support Medicare Part D STARS initiatives, including SUPD compliance Collaborate with internal teams to support quality performance goals #ALINE3 Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required Medicare Part-D experience REQUIRED including COA MR, SUPD, and STARS Licensure: Active California Pharmacist License required (may consider other states if familiar with California Medicare plans) Experience with Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and SUPD measures.
