Responsibilities Support end users (remote + onsite as needed) Microsoft 365 user support (Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint, Exchange basics) Windows troubleshooting, printers, Wi-Fi, and productivity tools Vendor coordination and escalation when vendors deflect responsibility Documentation and clear communication Qualifications 3+ years in end-user IT support or consulting (preferred) Microsoft 365 experience Strong communication, empathy, and follow-through Comfortable working independently How to apply Apply through our Breezy link (resume required).
