Migration Project Manager, Health Systems

Job Description: • Manage client-facing migration projects for health system clients with complex domestic tiering and custom provider networks, ensuring accurate execution with minimal disruption. • Work closely with Account Managers as a strategic client-facing counterpart throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Create, maintain, and manage group-level project plans specific to health system requirements including detailed timelines, key milestones, and dependencies. • Lead collaboration across Solution Design, Business Analysis, Technology, Operations, and external partners to ensure all workstreams align. • Drive timely resolution of scope changes, risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining project momentum and client confidence. • Facilitate status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders. • Manage changes, enhancements, or expansions that arise during the project lifecycle while maintaining timelines and quality standards. • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations while meeting organizational quality standards.
