Position: Telehealth Nurse Practitioner
Location: Texas-based | 100% Remote
Schedule: ~24 hrs/week (option for 36)
• Day shifts (6a–6p or 9a–9p) every other weekend
• Evening/overnight weekday coverage
Compensation: $66.67/hr (1099)
Duration: ~9 months (1,560 hours)

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver telephonic + virtual care for acute and chronic conditions
• Support facility staff with real-time clinical guidance
• Manage falls, condition changes, and medication-related concerns
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate, compliant EMR documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• NP with multi-state licensure (2+ states required)
• 3+ years of clinical experience (geriatric experience highly preferred)
• Comfortable with high call volume & independent decision-making
• Strong telehealth and clinical assessment skills
