Key job responsibilities:
Mentor and motivate a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates.
Work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Maintain a physical presence on the production floor with shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
Be prepared to work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs, typically following a fixed schedule with three days off.
Oversee deliveries, handle packages, and operate equipment as required.
Adapt to varying noise levels and physical demands throughout your shift.
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
Climb and descend stairs as needed (when applicable).
Basic Qualifications:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree between May 2024 and August 2026 (degree requirements must be met before your first day).
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is as follows:
$65,200.00 - $75,000.00. This range may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to salary, Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
