Techno-Functional Oracle Oracle Fusion HCM (80-20)
6 Months Duration initially.
Willing to get US security clearance.
5-8 Years of experience preferably with Oracle Fusion .
Oracle Fusion application experience in the following modules is required
• Oracle Time & Labor
• Oracle US Payroll
• Oracle Recruiting
A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion database table structures within HCM
A successful Candidate should be hands-on with performing functional setups, debugging issues, and working on incidents in an independent capacity.
Experience with federal projects is a plus.
Experience with Oracle Fusion version 25C,25D
Experience with Visual Builder Studio (required)
Oracle Fusion application s Embedded AI knowledge
Experience with Redwood User Interface
Should also have functional experience with the following modules
• HCM Compensation
• HCM Core HR and Self Service
• HCM Benefits
• HCM Performance Management and Goals
Additional skills should include:
• Oracle HCM Reports and Analytics
• Oracle Workflow, Approvals and Notifications
