What You Will Do
• 100+ outbound calls daily
• Engage decision-makers and book qualified appointments
• Handle objections and control conversations
• Close sales over the phone. Drive revenue—not just activity
• Hit and exceed KPIs consistently
What We Expect
• Proven outbound sales results (not just experience)
• Strong English communication
• High discipline and accountability
• Ability to handle rejection daily
• Self-starter with zero need for micromanagement
• At least 2-5 years of outbound sales experience
Compensation
₱40,000 – ₱60,000 base salary, Performance bonuses, Fast promotion for top performers
