What you will be doing... Under the general direction and guidance of the Rostering Team Manager, our new Overseas Rostering Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate rostering data, supporting weekly / monthly reporting requirements and assisting with various processes across our multi-channel operation. You’ll undertake administrative tasks and duties and will work with the wider rostering team, to play an active role in supporting service delivery across all areas of overseas operations. We couldn’t do it without our wonderful people.   What you’ll do:   - Assist with the creation and distribution of weekly “Happy to Help” posters. - Support with the roster publication process for resort and airport. - Assist with the creation of monthly airport templates. - Maintain and update annual leave calendars for overseas colleagues. - Upload and maintain leave balances and bank holiday entitlements within the rostering/WFM system. - Support the onboarding and offboarding process by adding new starters and removing leavers within relevant systems. - Collate and analyse rostering data to support monthly MI reporting. - Support the variable pay process and assist with legislated or compliance-related administrative tasks. - Maintain accurate employee and scheduling records within Workforce Management systems. - Assist with general rostering administration and Adhoc reporting requirements. - Provide cover / support the scheduling process within the rostering team during periods of annual leave. - Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role. What you’ll have:   - Proven experience of working in a medium to large operation in a similar role. - Previous administrative experience, ideally within a scheduling or operational environment. - Knowledge of all Microsoft Applications including Word and PowerPoint with intermediate Excel skills. - Knowledge of WFM systems is desirable. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships. - Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make recommendations. - Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Able to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines. - Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
