**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
* Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
* Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and navigate complex situations
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience, which is preferred but not required
