Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Residency: Must be based in the United States.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and team members.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
