Position Summary

Under the general direction of an Operations Manager, the Patient Services Representative (PSR) will work diligently with patients and providers by providing them with solutions and answering general customer service inquiries which could include insurance verification, billing inquiries, and help coordinating access to therapies through the patient's healthcare provider. All PSRs will complete a paid, comprehensive remote training program before interacting with patients.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is necessary, Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Certificates in Medical Coding, Medical Billing, or related fields are a plus.

The position requires broad training in fields such as customer service, computer sciences, medical billing and coding, and business administration.

Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections is necessary. Having 2-3 years of Customer Service or Patient Services experience is HIGHLY DESIRABLE!
