Responsibilities Maintain constant visual observation of assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. , Assist in providing a safe and clean environment for patients. , Communicate observations of the patient's activity and behavior to the assigned nurse regularly. , Function as a virtual safety sitter, providing continuous remote observation of assigned patients. , Verbally redirect patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors and notify nursing staff if assistance is required. , Communicate professionally and respect patient confidentiality and hospital policies. , Offer support to peers and staff. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. , Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. , Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing. , BLS (AHA) certification required at time of hire and must remain current. , Previous clinical experience preferred.
