Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions) Culture & Engagement Plan, coordinate, and execute culture-building initiatives, including in-office experiences, company-wide moments, and team events both onsite and offsite Partner with leaders and teams to create meaningful employee experiences that foster connection, belonging, and collaboration Support recognition, celebrations, and milestones that reinforce company values and community Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve employee experience and engagement Events & Programming Own logistics and execution for employee events, from planning through day-of coordination and follow-up Manage vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and communications related to culture events Ensure events are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with company values Communications Support internal communications related to culture initiatives, events, and People Operations programs Draft clear, engaging messaging for emails, intranet posts, and other internal channels Partner with People Ops and leadership to ensure communications are timely, transparent, and employee-centered Learning & Development Assist with the coordination and delivery of learning and development programs Support onboarding experiences and ongoing learning initiatives Help manage learning tools, resources, and communications Track participation and feedback to inform future programming Collaboration & Operations Collaborate closely with the broader People Operations team on engagement, wellbeing, DEI, and talent initiatives Help manage calendars, project plans, and timelines for People Ops programs Support ad hoc projects that enhance employee experience and culture Strengths Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Analytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence, understanding the needs and concerns of employees and cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ways to enhance employee experiences Passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives Ability to craft compelling messaging for internal communications and employer branding Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges and continuously improve programs Background 2–5 years of proven experience in employee engagement, employee, HR, internal communications, or a related field Experience in onboarding, rewards & recognition programs, event planning, or well-being initiatives is highly desirable Prior experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented company is a plus A passion for cultivating inclusive cultures and championing employee well-being and professional growth Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or equal experience in a related field What’s in it for you?
