Performance Ad Specialist Needed (Facebook + TikTok) to Move Physical Product Fast

We are a growing consumer product brand in the sports / lifestyle space and are looking for an experienced performance marketing specialist to help us move inventory quickly and profitably. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, not theoretical. We need someone who can build, launch, and optimize ads across Facebook/Instagram and TikTok, set up working pixels, and create a clear campaign structure designed to drive conversions fast. Set up and verify Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel Set up and verify TikTok Pixel Ensure proper event tracking (View Content, Add to Cart, Purchase) Create and launch: Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns TikTok ad campaigns Develop a clear campaign structure (testing → scaling → retargeting) Write ad copy and recommend creative angles that convert Optimize ads daily based on performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) Recommend budgets and scaling strategy based on results What We’re Looking For Required: Proven experience running conversion-focused ads for physical products Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager Experience installing and troubleshooting pixels Data-driven mindset (you track what matters) Ability to explain strategy clearly and simply Preferred (Big Plus): Experience with Shopify Experience with TikTok Shop Experience selling products in the $50–$100 range Past results showing ROAS, CPA, or revenue growth
