Cornerstone Technology Enterprises is seeking a Cloud Governance Analyst to support cybersecurity compliance, cloud governance, and RMF activities for a Department of Defense program. This role focuses on vulnerability management coordination, STIG compliance, and development of governance documentation for cloud-hosted and cloud-migrated systems. The position requires close collaboration with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams in a controlled, compliance-driven environment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ACAS or Tenable, familiarity with RMF processes, and the ability to translate cybersecurity findings into actionable remediation across multiple teams.

Cornerstone Technology Enterprises is seeking a Junior PMO Analyst to support program governance, project coordination, for a Federal client.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to grow within a structured PMO environment. The position focuses on standardizing project delivery, supporting governance processes, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment between execution and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams to support reporting, coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced federal environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PMO Governance and Standards
• Support development and enforcement of PMO standards, templates, and documentation
• Assist in maintaining consistency across project delivery processes
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and JEHR HA AQL requirements
Project Coordination and Delivery Support
• Support day-to-day coordination of program activities and deliverables
• Assist with tracking project schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Reporting and Metrics
• Prepare and maintain regular status reports and dashboards
• Track project performance metrics, risks, and issues
• Support leadership reporting with accurate and timely updates
Resource and Capacity Planning
• Assist with resource tracking and allocation across projects
• Support capacity planning efforts to optimize team performance
Financial and Value Tracking
• Track project budgets, costs, and benefits realization
• Support financial reporting and value measurement activities
Risk and Issue Management
• Maintain risk and issue logs and support mitigation tracking
• Assist with escalation processes and resolution tracking
Process Improvement and Documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with PMO best practices
• Assist with onboarding and training materials for PMO processes
• Maintain documentation related to governance and delivery processes
Collaboration and Communication
• Act as a liaison between PMO leadership and delivery teams
• Support coordination alongside program leadership and Deputy PM
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team coordination activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or program analysis
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience supporting project tracking, reporting, or coordination activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting DoD or federal programs
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks or governance models
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Experience with reporting dashboards or data tracking

Pay: $79,912.55 - $100,000.00 per year
