Summary: Onset Technologies is seeking a PMO Consultant with Finance domain expertise to support strategic initiatives in Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will combine PMO oversight with a strong understanding of finance operations, process optimization, and automation opportunities. This role requires experience working with business process owners, capturing value, and translating insights into executive-level deliverables. Responsibilities: • Provide PMO oversight and guidance for Finance-focused projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Maintain high-level knowledge of RTR, PTP, and OTC processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. • Collaborate with business process owners to identify and prioritize automation opportunities. • Develop a 2-year roadmap for automation initiatives, based on input from stakeholders and business needs. • Capture expected business benefits and calculate/validate cost savings for proposed initiatives. • Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards summarizing automation opportunities, benefits, and strategic priorities. • Track progress of initiatives, manage risks, and report status to leadership. • Support cross-functional teams and provide guidance to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively. • Assist with additional project-related duties as required. Required Skills: • Proven experience in PMO consulting or project/portfolio management. • Strong Finance domain knowledge, including RTR, PTP, and OTC processes. • Experience identifying and analyzing process automation opportunities. • Ability to capture business benefits, calculate savings, and validate ROI for initiatives. • Strong executive communication skills; experience preparing presentations for senior leadership. • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment. Preferred Skills: • Prior experience in automation, RPA, or process improvement initiatives. • Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Finance or operational initiatives. • Familiarity with enterprise finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.). • Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
