We’re always on the lookout for customer service stars with Post Office experience (and a Smart ID) to join our flexible talent pool. This means you could be called in for:
Emergency cover at short notice, or
Temporary contracts during peak trading periods (a few weeks to a few months).
If you bring the flexibility and expertise we need, we’ll give you a professional, friendly and fun environment to work in.
We have two levels available:
Experts – Strong knowledge of Post Office systems and processes, combined with excellent customer service skills.
Team Leaders – Proven leadership experience in a Post Office environment, with in-depth knowledge of Post Office systems and the ability to lead and support a team.
