Starting Friday at 4 pm. Assesses and addresses spiritual needs to support holistic patient care and healing. Provides compassionate presence and emotional support to patients, families, and staff. Guides individuals through difficult decisions, offering ethical, spiritual, and emotional insight. Responds to emergencies (e.g., code blues), supporting care teams and coordinating with families. Documents care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support. Role requires on-site rounding at AdventHealth Gordon for a minimum of two hours per shift. Remaining shift responsibilities include on-call coverage supporting both campuses.
