The Product Designer will focus on Growth initiatives to enhance customer discovery, trial, and onboarding of products, while also guiding the design team in leveraging AI tools for improved user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work on Growth initiatives to improve how potential customers discover, trial, and onboard our products
- Quickly launch experiments, continuously simplify and improve the user experience, and build a system from the ground up
- Help us think outside of the box when building AI experiences and always try the latest tools
- Guide the broader design team with AI tools and processes and shape our AI agent experiences
Skills
- 0-3 years of design experience
- Ability to think through data clearly to form hypotheses and experiments
- Strong communication skills, especially across functional and cultural boundaries
- You are fluent in English
- Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
- Technical acumen is a plus
