As our first Product Manager under one of our key accounts, Celebration.com, you’ll own the roadmap across our consumer and partner experiences. You’ll be responsible for making sure we’re building the right things, the right way, and with clear ROI in mind.

What You'll Do Here:

• Lead product discovery, roadmap planning, and execution across both B2C and B2B2C products.
• Bring clarity and alignment between internal teams and external development partners.
• Translate business goals and user needs into actionable requirements and clear priorities.
• Turn feedback into product improvements that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Introduce crowdfunding-native features that elevate the value of our registry.
• Help shift our partner experience from custom builds to a scalable platform.
• Monitor performance and user behavior using data to inform iterative improvements.

We Need a Person With:

• 1-4 years in product management or related roles (product ops, growth, technical PM).
• Strong written and verbal communication; thrives in remote, async-first teams.
• Analytical thinking and comfort with ambiguity—you're energized by solving messy problems.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Jira, Trello, Figma and others.
• Experience in crowdfunding or goal-based fundraising platforms.
• A background in SaaS or B2B2C platforms.
• Experience at early-stage startups, especially 0→1 or 1→scale product phases.
• A customer-obsessed mindset and passion for celebrations, hospitality, or social commerce.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky and Denver, Colorado.
