Savvee Inc. is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to support our federal client remotely. The ideal candidate is a confident leader and primary point of contact for leadership, driving intake, workflow processes, compliance, and high-visibility policy initiatives while delivering clear performance insights. This role requires exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams, manage priorities, lead stakeholder meetings, and ensure materials meet quality and approved standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Serving as strategic lead and main contact for leadership.
• Driving project management for high-visibility policy rollouts, events, and story placement.
• Overseeing established intake and workflow processes.
• Managing competing priorities and response requirements.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of communications support.
• Overseeing quality control and final review processes.
• Leading weekly operations meetings, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly assessments.
• Tracking workload, trends, risks, and surge events.
• Coordinating staffing, surge response, and resource leveling.
• Delivering performance reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Supporting the team’s professional development.
• Proactively identifying the team’s needs and participating in high-level meetings with principals.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Five or more years of experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence and experience to ensure materials meet quality and approval standards.
• Must have the ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance
• Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ten or more years of experience
• PMP certification
