About the Team

The Recruiting Technology & Analytics team at DoorDash is responsible for designing and delivering strategic technology projects and data-driven insights to support the Recruiting Team's efforts to hire the best talent in the world. We are developing technology solutions in and around Greenhouse and Workday, data visualizations in Tableau, and are looking to build the team to support and enable continued growth. Our team is committed to creating a best-in-class Recruiting Technology & Analytics function that drives business outcomes and enhances the candidate experience.

About the Role

As a Program Manager, Recruiting Technology at DoorDash, you will work directly with senior leaders and partners, and external providers to assess, scope, and design programs and systems that facilitate and enhance our current recruiting process. You will be responsible for providing program management expertise for recruiting programs, including project plan creation, workflows, meeting operating cadence, key documentation, and governing processes. You will also anticipate future recruiting program needs for our evolving and diverse workforce, leverage data and analytics to influence decisions and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of recruiting initiatives and programs, and optimize the use of tools and technology to increase candidate engagement and flow.
