Job Description:
• Analyze therapist supply and patient demand across geographic markets using internal and external data sources.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify underserved regions and high-growth opportunities.
• Develop workforce forecasts based on utilization trends, referral patterns and expansion plans.
• Create dashboards and reports that inform hiring priorities and access strategy.
• Partner with leadership to align recruitment plans with organizational growth goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed therapists and behavioral health clinicians.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on geographic and specialty demand.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and fill rate by market.
• Collaborate with operations and clinical leaders to prioritize markets for expansion.
• Provide insights into licensing requirements, regional compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
• Present workforce insights to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.
• Improve recruitment workflows.
• Support provider communications and network optimization.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in provider recruitment, healthcare staffing, network development, or provider contracting support.
• Knowledge of behavioral health provider roles.
• Experience with multi-channel recruiting strategies.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Excel.
• Experience in EAP or behavioral health networks preferred.
• Background in contracting or credentialing preferred.
• Familiarity with geospatial analysis or network dashboards preferred.
