Job Description:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test plans
• Drive quality assurance process for new feature launches
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts
• Own and optimize QA metrics and reporting frameworks
• Identify opportunities to proactively mitigate quality issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, test engineering, or related software engineering roles within SaaS, FinTech, or similar environments
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Mixpanel, etc.) and log analysis and monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
• Strong automation mindset
• Proven track record of driving effective QA processes improvements
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity
