As a Quality Assurance Architect, you'll help lead the transformation toward AI - leveraging GitHub, AI agents, Copilot, and modern automating tools. You'll shape strategy, influence teams, and energize the organization with confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment - even when the path isn't fully defined.
Requirements
• Define and drive the AI‐first automated testing strategy for new and existing mobile and web products.
• Lead the evolution of our automation frameworks, patterns, and standards—ensuring consistency across teams.
• Partner with developers, QA engineers, and architects to embed automation into every stage of the SDLC.
• Mentor and coach QA team members on automation best practices and modern tooling.
• Perform workload analysis, assess test coverage, and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain QA standards, processes, and tooling—including test management and defect tracking systems.
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies and bring forward new ideas to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Security testing strategies, ensuring alignment with OWASP standards.
