Job Description:
Advantage Investigations seeks a Remote-Controlled Surveillance Support Specialist to join our team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the video processing of captured video, providing updates to managers and generating final reports. This position requires high attention to detail and time management to mee the time constraints on reviewing video, completing reports, and providing management updates. This position is a full-time, nonexempt, remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Video Processing – Processing and reviewing video, to include capturing still photos, for updates and reports.
- Updates – Providing updates after video review to the AVP and Account Manager for deliver to client.
- Written Reports – Reviewing video and generating final investigative reports for grammatical and factual accuracy.
- Creates and maintains written daily updates, to include supporting still photo and video links and final investigative reports for submission to Managers.
- Consults with Manager on appropriate surveillance strategies for individual cases, before and throughout the investigative process.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Criminal Justice or related field preferred
- Previous surveillance/investigative administrative experience preferred
- Experience with administrative office operations and procedures preferred
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail to minimize errors
- Proficiency in typing quickly and accurately
- Demonstrates professional manner along with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to clearly communicate
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing processes quickly
- Creative Thinker
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, SharePoint
- Must pass a drug test

Compensation: Advantage pays on a bi-weekly basis at hourly rate ($17.00 – 19.00 per hour) commensurate with experience and qualifications.
