Are you a people-person who loves helping others find the perfect place to call home? We’re looking for a motivated Apartment Locator to join our growing real estate team!
What You’ll Do:
• Assist clients in finding apartments that match their budget, lifestyle, and location needs
• Schedule and occasionally attend apartment tours with clients
• Build relationships with apartment communities and property managers
• Follow up with prospects and manage leads
• Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and availability
What We’re Looking For:
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients at once
• Texas Real estate license required
• Apartment locating or leasing experience a plus, but not required
