This is a remote position. About Theia Real Estate Theia Real Estate is a fast-growing, boutique real estate platform focused on curated property investments, fractional ownership, and end-to-end deal execution. We work closely with brokers, investors, and property owners to unlock high-quality opportunities across Jaipur and beyond. Key Responsibilities 1. Deal Sourcing & Broker Management - Source high-quality property deals through an active broker network - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers - Continuously expand Theia’s broker ecosystem 2. Owner Coordination & Lead Management - Connect with property owners looking to sell - Understand property details and onboard them into the system - Manage ongoing communication and nurture relationships 3. Deal & Property Documentation - Design and create professional presentations, proposals, and pitch decks - Draft and manage property-related documents and deal material - Ensure all documentation is accurate, structured, and client-ready 4. Inventory Management - Take ownership of Theia’s property inventory database - Track listings, land details, pricing, and availability status - Regularly update CRM systems, spreadsheets, or internal tools 5. Operational Support - Assist in streamlining internal workflows - Coordinate between brokers, owners, and internal teams - Ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships Why Join Us?
