Capitol Services is a leading provider of services to legal and financial professionals nationwide, seeking a Registered Agent Client Service Representative to join their team. The role involves providing support and service to clients by fulfilling registered agent duties and assisting with the processing of annual reports during peak season.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
- Presence in the office to receive legal service of process documents and official state correspondence on clients' behalf
- Process legal service of process documents and official state correspondence
- Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents
- Review, prepare, and submit annual report filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations
- Correctly enter and maintain client information
- Generate invoices following client billing preferences
- Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing
- Answer telephones and operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners
