Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Care team on a PRN/Per Diem basis. As an RN in our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of patients' home care, collaborating with patient care teams to develop and implement care plans, and educating families on patient condition, needs, and care.
