The Associate Field Service Engineer will conduct service, repair, and start-up of advanced water treatment systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Commissioning, decommissioning, inspection, and repair of Aria Filtra Mobile water treatment units
- Providing contractual services to rental customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance
- Executing assigned project tasks and providing guidance to engineers, peers, or customers as needed, including the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and service of Aria Filtra Mobile Systems
- Traveling across the US., primarily by plane or company car, with occasional trips to Canada and Alaska
Skills
- +1 year of experience in water treatment of related industries (mining, petrochemical, power generation, food and beverage)
- Ability to use hand tools and basic computer skills
- Comfortable with remote work and able to manage travel logistics
- Valid Passport
- Willingness to travel: approximately 75% of the time within the US, with occasional travel to Canada and Alaska
