They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across technical, functional, and sales roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, functional, and sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance, and align on hiring strategies and timelines
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
• Provide market insights, talent availability data, and compensation guidance to support hiring decisions
• Influence and manage hiring manager expectations through clear communication and data-driven recommendations
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and applicable regulations
Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, supporting technical, functional, and sales roles
• Proven ability to successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong understanding of diverse role profiles and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and advising hiring managers
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms
