We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team as a strategic partner, collaborating with business leaders, external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to drive technology and process-based business solutions. As a key member of our team, you will plan, develop, and implement innovative solutions, define business requirements, and develop functional specifications for new and existing systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement technology-based and process-based business solutions to drive business efficiencies and reduce total cost of ownership Define and document business requirements and functional specifications for new systems and modifications to existing systems Elicit and document business requirements from end-users, and conduct research and analysis to ensure feasibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors, to deliver solutions that meet business needs Develop and execute systems testing, ensuring traceability of business requirements to IT solutions Identify, verify, and document functional requirements using Requirements Management methodology and tools Acquire business knowledge, understand business analyst processes, and perform testing of new requirements in the system Technical Skills: Domain experience in Career, Health, or Wealth Management required Ability to write clear business requirement documents (BRD) and elicit business requirements from end-users Strong understanding of business analyst processes and methodologies Experience working with IT teams to explain solutions and ensure development community has a clear understanding of requirements Process Skills: Strong agile working experience on both development and application maintenance projects Ability to reduce manual efforts by automating recurring tasks using best practices and standards Experience delivering proof of concepts and innovations for customer value add Strong knowledge sharing and team handling skills What We Offer: We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
