Supporting a California-based Law Firm
Westbridge Legal Staffing is currently seeking experienced Case Managers to support a reputable California-based law firm.
This is a long-term, 100% remote position designed specifically for Colombian candidates with prior law firm experience handling cases, particularly within U.S. personal injury practices.
If you have strong client communication skills, experience coordinating medical treatment, and familiarity with case management software, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage personal injury cases and maintain consistent follow-up on case progress
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary case information
• Coordinate medical treatment and appointments with healthcare providers
• Request and organize medical records, billing statements, and case documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital case files in case management systems
• Assist attorneys and legal staff with case preparation and documentation management
• Track case progress and ensure proper documentation throughout the lifecycle of the case
Requirements
• Advanced English (C1 preferred – written and spoken)
• Legal experience required – prior law firm experience handling cases
• Previous experience as a Case Manager is required
• Preferred: Experience working with California law firms
• Acceptable if experience is from another U.S. state law firm while working as a case manager
• Strong client communication and coordination skills
• Experience coordinating medical treatment and working with medical documentation
• Working knowledge of and prior experience using case management software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Must reside anywhere in Colombia
