We are a brand-new Christian church camp in Florida focused on building strong, faith-centered partnerships with churches, ministries, and schools.
The vision and offering are already in place — what we need is someone who can connect with pastors and ministry leaders and build real relationships over the phone.
This is NOT just a cold calling role. Events in ministry are life changing and have eternal significance.
We are looking for someone who is Kingdom-minded, relational, and driven to serve churches.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Strong In:
➡️ Building relationships over the phone
➡️ Speaking with pastors, ministry leaders, and church staff
➡️ Appointment setting and outreach
➡️ Communicating with warmth, clarity, and purpose
➡️ Staying consistent with high daily call volume
The Goal of This Project:
To find someone who can help us connect with 30–50 new churches per month by building trust and starting meaningful conversations.
Outreach & Calling: 40–50 calls per day
Conversations: 10–15 real conversations daily
Relationship Building: Connect with decision-makers (pastors, ministry leaders)
Appointment Setting: Open the door for partnerships with our camp
Loves working in a CRM to stay organized
This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who:
