You will manage both the backroom inventory and the front‑of‑store display environment, maintain compliance with safety standards, and serve as a trusted point of contact for store managers and customers alike.Key Responsibilities• Product Availability & Shelf Management• Inspect store racks, shelving units, coolers, and promotional displays to identify replenishment needs.• Transport products from the backroom to the sales floor using manual equipment such as pallet jacks, hand‑trucks, and powered pallet jacks.• Replenish, face, and rotate stock to ensure a fresh, full‑face presentation that maximizes sales.• Build, modify, and dismantle seasonal or promotional displays according to company guidelines.• Maintain accurate signage, ensuring price tags, placement stickers, and promotional graphics are up‑to‑date.• Secure any damaged, expired, or defective product and follow proper disposal or return procedures.• Backroom Organization & Inventory Control• Organize backstock efficiently by consolidating pallets, product shells, and other materials.• Monitor backroom inventory levels daily and report any discrepancies to the regional manager.• Evaluate damaged or defective items, process returns, and document corrective actions.• Operate both powered equipment (e.g., straddle stackers) and manual tools safely and effectively.• Complete all required store documentation, including inventory logs, replenishment reports, and safety checklists.• Maintain a clean, orderly backroom environment that complies with health and safety regulations.• Communication & Collaboration• Maintain open lines of communication with store personnel, reporting status updates, inventory concerns, and any operational challenges.• Identify and report unsafe working conditions immediately to both store and company safety officers.• Attend mandatory company training sessions, certifications, and continuing education opportunities.• Adhere strictly to company policies, local, state, and federal regulations governing product handling, equipment operation, and road safety.• Customer Service & Brand Advocacy• Engage with consumers and store staff, answering product questions, locating items, and resolving any concerns promptly.• Represent the Coca‑Cola brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a friendly demeanor.• Collect feedback from shoppers and store managers to provide insights for future merchandising strategies.• Physical Demands & Safety Compliance• Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 50 pounds, including maneuvering equipment across distances of at least 100 yards per shift.• Navigate the store environment while kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, and walking a minimum of four miles per workday.• Maintain balance and coordination while operating motor vehicles for route travel between locations.Essential Qualifications• Minimum age of 18 years.• Legal eligibility to work in the United State
