Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iPourIt is the market leader in self-serve beer and wine technology, and they are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the beverage database.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 support via phone and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot Windows, Hardware, Software, and Basic Network issues
- Assist with maintaining our beverage database (images, descriptions, updates)
- Document issues through our ticketing system and escalate when needed
- Support system updates and ensure client systems stay online
- Participate in an on-call emergency support rotation (~1 week every 5 weeks)
Skills
- 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or strong technical background
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, Command Prompt, Subnet Masks, etc.)
- SQL Server knowledge
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Must be 21+
- Experience with Zendesk or RingCentral is a plus
