Position Overview
As a Consultant, Global Equity – Data Entry at arenaflex, you will join a highly collaborative Global Equity team that oversees long‑term incentive plans, stock option administration, and performance share unit (PSU) processes for employees worldwide. Key Responsibilities

- Equity Transaction Processing: Accurately process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching ratio awards.
- Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan contributions to ensure timely, correct recording and reporting.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders regarding equity awards and plan enrollment.
- Plan Administration Support: Assist with the execution of equity‑based LTI award delivery processes and enrollment activities for stock purchase plans.
- Ad‑hoc Reporting: Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports that support ongoing operations, trend analysis, and compliance monitoring.
- Documentation Management: Review, maintain, and update equity program policies, procedures, and related documentation to reflect current regulations and best practices.
